Most of Philadelphia’s pro teams play a few miles south of Center City, either at the Wells Fargo Center (76ers basketball and Flyers ice hockey), Lincoln Financial Field (Eagles football) or Citizens Bank Park (Phillies baseball). The Philadelphia Union soccer team plays at the Talen Energy Stadium in Chester, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia.

The Wells Fargo Center is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in Philadelphia. It is the home arena of the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League, the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball League.

General Tips:

The Wells Fargo Center features a newly upgraded, state-of-the-art Xfinity WiFi networks comprised of 3501 WiFi access points and 700 beacons, allowing for enhanced communication and in-game interaction for fans, media, and businesses within the arena.

We encourage guest to arrive no later than 60 minutes prior to the start time, for a specific door opening time, please visit our event page at https://www.wellsfargocenterphilly.com/events/all and click on the event for the information.

Fans may bring their own cameras, however no professional cameras, detachable lenses, and lenses longer than 2.5” inches are permitted into the facility. This camera policy is subject to change on a per show basis.

Video & audio recording equipment is not permitted in the Wells Fargo Center.

Children two years of age and under do not require a ticket for most events but will be required to sit on the lap of a paying customer.


Please note that this age requirement is subject to change based on the nature of the event.

Any purses or briefcases that are larger than 14” x 14” X 6” and all backpacks will not be allowed into the building. Permitted bags should be soft sided. This policy will be strictly enforced. The Wells Fargo Center is able to store oversized bags in storage lockers located at the Box Office on the Broad Street side of the venue. These lockers are priced based on bag size varying from $5 to $15 and accept credit cards only.  An exception will be made for declared medically necessary items, after proper inspection.

Lincoln Financial Field

Lincoln Financial Field is a multi-purpose football stadium located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. It serves as the home stadium of the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League and the Temple Owls football team of Temple University.

General Tips:

The HeadHouse Plaza, located at the North end of the stadium, will generally open three (3) hours prior to Eagles games. Club and Suites will typically open two (2) hours prior to the scheduled start of the game. Inner stadium gates will open an hour and a half (1 ) prior to the start of the game. Cameras (still only) are permitted inside Lincoln Financial Field as long as their lens does not exceed 6 inches in length and does not interfere with the game or other fans’ enjoyment of the game. Feel free to ask Event Staff to snap a picture of you and your group to capture your special moment at Lincoln Financial Field! Video recording of events at Lincoln Financial Field is prohibited.  

Cell Phones Cell phones are allowed in the stadium as long as their use does not interfere with other fans enjoyment of the game.

All children who have reached their third birthday must have a ticket for admission and sit in their own seat. Children must have a ticket to receive a promotional item.

Citizens Bank Park is a baseball stadium located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, within the city's South Philadelphia Sports Complex. It is the home of the Philadelphia Phillies, the city's Major League Baseball franchise

General Tips:

Regular Season (All Games)- Ashburn Alley (Left Field Gate) opens 2 hours prior to game time; All other gates open 1 1/2 hours prior to game time. We recommend checking out the Yard, Located in right field in Ashburn Alley, The Yard is a new, 13,000-square-foot interactive kids' baseball experience at Citizens Bank Park.

Hand-held video cameras and still cameras for personal use may be brought into the ballpark, provided no game action is recorded in accordance with Major League Baseball regulations. Please be courteous to those guests around you when taking pictures. Camera cases must fit through the bag template and will be inspected prior to entrance into the ballpark. Tripods and monopods are prohibited.

Each guest is permitted to bring one bag into the ballpark. Bags can be no larger than 16" x 16" x 8" and will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations.

SEPTA's Broad Street Line drops you steps from Citizens Bank Park. Trains run every 8 to 10 minutes. It takes about 11 minutes to travel from City Hall to AT&T Station on a local train. Immediately following the end of the game, fans can find northbound trains waiting to provide local and express service back towards Center City and Fern Rock Transportation Center.

To ensure the safety of our guests, glass bottles, cans, hard-sided and Styrofoam coolers, thermoses and open containers may not be brought into the ballpark. Exceptions: unopened plastic bottles (non-alcoholic), baby bottles and single-serve, soft-sided juice containers and soft-sided coolers that do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" size requirement may be brought into the ballpark after inspection.


A wide variety of food and beverages, from traditional ballpark fare to foods with Philadelphia flavor, is available throughout the ballpark at permanent locations, portable stands and two restaurants. The ballpark also features healthier and gluten-free food, and is rated among the top vegetarian ballparks in the country. All concession areas are wheelchair accessible. The concessionaire is a joint venture involving Aramark, the Phillies and World Wide Concessions.
