Tickets are sold to you (“You”, “Your”, “Purchaser”) through the Website are from a third-party (“Seller”); therefore, the Purchaser’s name will not be printed on the tickets. Please note that the name on the tickets does not affect your ability to access the event.
Details of the venues, stadia, events or event promoters (“Presenter”) can be obtained from us. Each ticket is issued subject to the terms and conditions of the Presenter and/or venue at which the relevant event is held. Electronic tickets or “e-tickets” marked as “Instant” may not be available for immediate download in all circumstances. Due to potential fraud concerns, some Instant e-ticket purchases may be downgraded to regular e-ticket download to allow for additional processing. In such cases, you will receive notification with your receipt explaining that the order has been downgraded to regular e-ticket download.
Electronic tickets or “e-tickets” may not be available for immediate download. After placing an order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the tickets; therefore, it is important that you provide an accurate email address information during the order process. You must have access to a printer with which to print the tickets. You are responsible for contacting Customer Support should you not receive the email instructions, be unable to download the tickets, or be unable to print the tickets. Neither we nor the Seller will issue refunds for your failure to provide a correct email address or failure to print the tickets.

Details of all successful and completed ticket purchase orders are sent to the Purchaser (in the form of a confirmation page or email) with a confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with us whether your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assumed that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
In cases where a ticket purchase is confirmed by us, but subsequently becomes unavailable, we will be responsible for providing the same number of substitute tickets to the same event, in a section/row of equal or better location. We will promptly provide you with notice regarding any such substitution.
The price shown for tickets on the Website excludes fees that are calculated on a per transaction basis. Per transaction fees are added to the final total of your order. Tickets may not, without the prior consent of the Presenter and subject at all times to the Presenter’s terms and conditions, be resold or offered for resale or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services either by the original Purchaser or any subsequent ticket holder.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of event information on the Website including but not limited to event name, event location or venue, event start time, or event date.
In order to protect you from fraud, you may be required to provide additional proof of identify on any order. Proof of identity may include but is not limited to accessing the account attached to the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Fraud checks may take some time.
All prices are in the currency indicated at the top of the Website; you may select your local currency. We cannot confirm the price of an item until after an order is completed by you.
We sell tickets on behalf of Presenters. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, contact centres, outlets and box offices.
