Which payment methods are accepted?

The price on your ticket may look different to what you paid. This is because USSPORTSTICKETS.COM transacts in your local currency, and the printed ticket price is in US dollars. Also, the US sports industry uses dynamic pricing. This means that prices for an event can change depending on demand, availability, popularity, the ticket reseller, and other factors.

The tickets may also have another name on them e.g. where a season pass holder has made their ticket/s available. Don’t worry – such tickets will be accepted at the venue.

 

Will my seats be together?

Yes, tickets purchased from a single listing will be seated next to each other, unless specifically stated during the check-out process.

Tickets marked as “Unreserved Seating” do not have specific seats assigned.

Tickets marked as “General Admission” will usually be standing tickets. There are also tickets specifically marked as “Standing Room Only” or “SRO”.

 

Where will my seats be in the venue?  

Ticket section and row details are displayed on the event page, throughout the purchase process and in My Account. The interactive map on the event page will help you determine where in the venue you will be sitting.

Remember that you will be seated together if you purchase tickets from a single listing, unless specifically stated in the purchase process.

 

When will I receive my tickets?

E-Tickets

You should expect to receive your E-tickets via email in the week leading up to the event. Event organisers typically issue tickets very close to the event date, often only days before.

Instant Download E-tickets will be available to print almost immediately, once issued.

Mobile Tickets

Some teams (e.g. NY Yankees) use Mobile Tickets, where you need an internet-enabled device (smart phone, tablet) to enter the stadium. This will be stated before you purchase your tickets.

Physical Tickets

When Physical Tickets are purchased, USSPORTSTICKETS.COM will make arrangements to deliver the tickets depending on when they are available to send. Further postal fees apply.

How do I download my E-tickets or Mobile Tickets?

When your E-tickets or Mobile Tickets are ready, you will receive an email with instructions on what to do.

Please print your E-tickets. Note that only one copy of the barcode will be accepted at the venue.

Mobile Tickets must be accessible via an internet-enabled device at the stadium.

 

What do I do if I am travelling to the event?

There is no need to worry if you are travelling to the event.

E-tickets and Mobile Tickets will be available via the internet. Physical Ticket delivery will be organised well before you travel.

Can I cancel my purchase?

There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on any order once it has been submitted to us, unless the event is cancelled.

What does “comparable” or “better” tickets mean?

On occasion, we are unable to provide the specific tickets listed (typically because they have been sold elsewhere shortly prior to your order being submitted.) On such occasions, we guarantee the tickets you will receive will be an “equivalent” (or “comparable”) or “better” section and row than what you originally purchased.

“Equivalent” or “comparable” may be a section with the same vantage point or a mirror image of that vantage point. “Better” may be a section closer to the centre of the event.

 

What if my event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled, we will refund you the purchase price. Booking fees and any processing surcharge may be refunded, depending on the reason for the refund.

If the event is cancelled, email your tickets and request a refund due to cancellation to enquiry@ussportstickets.com.

 

What if my event is postponed or rescheduled?

The Presenter reserves the right to alter the date, the venue and the event as advertised, without prior notice to you. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, we will not provide any refund.

If the date, time or venue of an event is rescheduled or changed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date, time and venue, unless otherwise notified to you.

Please take care if purchasing tickets for finals series. If a scheduled game doesn’t go ahead, but the team continues in the finals’ series, the game will be played at a later time. A refund will NOT be made available as the game is technically going ahead.

We have no obligation to notify you of any relevant information regarding any cancelled or rescheduled events. It is your responsibility to consult with the Presenter on any such occurrences.

 

What if I can’t go to the event?

A change in personal circumstances does not entitle a ticket holder to return or exchange a ticket.

 

What happens if you have an enquiry or complaint?

For enquiries or complaints regarding the staff and/or amenities at a venue or event, please contact the Venue Management.

For enquiries or complaints regarding the event or the performance please contact the Presenter.

 

When can I get a refund or exchange for my tickets?

We are a secondary ticket site and as such we can only refund tickets if permitted by and in accordance with the Presenter’s terms and conditions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we have no liability to you.

You will receive a 100% refund for your tickets (ticket-only subtotal) if:

  • Your order was accepted but not delivered by the seller.
  • Your order was accepted but not delivered in time for the event.
  • Your tickets were not valid for entry. Verified proof must be provided in letter form from the venue. Written or stamped “voids” do not constitute verified proof.

You also have our 100% Money Back Guarantee if:

  • Your event is cancelled and is not rescheduled. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, you will need to contact us for a refund. We may require you to return the supplied tickets at your expense before receiving any refund you are entitled to due to cancellation.

The Presenter reserves the right to alter the date, the venue and the event as advertised, without prior notice to you.

If the date, time or venue of an event is rescheduled or changed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date, time and venue unless otherwise notified to you.

We do not replace any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets or exchange or substitute tickets after purchase.  Please treat your tickets like cash as we cannot replace lost, stolen or destroyed tickets.

Any refund payable can only be made back to the credit or debit card used in the original transaction.

We have no obligation to notify you of any relevant information regarding any cancelled or rescheduled events. It is your responsibility to consult with the Presenter on any such occurrences.

Subject to any statutory rights of refund, if an event takes place then generally there is no right to a refund or exchange, including where a ticket holder cannot attend for any reason.

What is your price matching policy?

We offer to match any competitor’s price for tickets under the following conditions:

  • The competitor must not be a primary ticket seller; we will price match other secondary ticketing sites.
  • The ticket location must be “like-for-like”; that is, the same game, section, row, and seat/s if available.
  • The ticket type must be “like-for-like”; that is, eticket, mobile ticket or physical ticket.
  • All fees and charges of the competitor must be included in the price comparison; a ticket only price match will not be given.
  • A reasonable exchange rate must be used and agreed upon by us.
  • A same day comparison must be undertaken.
  • The price match is not retrospective; that is, if you purchase tickets with us, we cannot price match tickets found elsewhere after the original purchase is made.
  • NOTE FOR TRAVEL AGENTS: Our price match applies to the NETT AMOUNT you will pay us. We cannot offer a commission on top of a price-matched ticket.
